I would likely have put off this house purchase if not for you. You are lovely,... truly lovely. I was happy to have purchased my new home and sold my last with you. We contacted a few different realtors in search of a rental property. Due to the long distance factor and because we were merely looking for a rental, most of the realtors we contacted were NOT interested in working with us. On the other hand, Catherine was very quick to answer our questions and provided us valuable information regarding our targeted Toronto neighbourhoods. Her knowledge, patience and kindness meant the world to us. Shortly thereafter, my husband and I with our two young children moved to Toronto and settled into a rental property. Catherine stayed in contact and supported us in whatever way we needed. My husband and I wondered if all Torontonians were this kind but the truth is it was Catherine's true nature.
Early 2014 we expressed an interest to purchase a home. The aggressive Toronto market was somewhat daunting but Catherine was very adept in managing this intimidation. She always responded to our interest in various listings. When we found the home we wanted, there were 5 other offers! Catherine very strategically managed it for us. There were a number of intentional things she did that made our offer successful.
